You can look at your results at three levels: the Dashboard for the whole account, a buy order's own statistics, and Total stats for all orders of one format.
Dashboard
Open Dashboard and pick the Advertiser tab. Choose a format — Popunder, Sticky banner, Banner or General for all of them — and a date range.
The cards at the top sum up the period:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total spend | What you spent |
| Total impressions | Impressions you bought |
| Total clicks | Clicks on your banners. Not shown for popunder |
| Forecast | Your spend projected over the whole selected range at the current pace. For a period that has ended, it equals the actual spend |
| CTR | Clicks ÷ impressions |
| eCPM | Average cost per 1,000 impressions |
| Active orders | Running orders, with the number paused and in draft |
| Conversions | Conversions reported by your trackers |
Below them are a day-by-day chart, your top campaigns and a detailed table.
Date ranges
Presets: Last 24 hours, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, This month and Last month, or a custom range. Switch between Daily and Hourly; hourly view works for ranges up to 31 days.
Buy order statistics
Open any buy order to see its statistics. The Overview tab shows impressions, clicks, CTR, spend, winrate, conversions, average conversion cost, profit and ROI. The other tabs break the numbers down By source, By country, By ISP, By Operating System, By Browser and By Browser Language.
The By source tab is where you find sites to block or to bid on differently.
Total stats
On the Buy orders page, Total stats adds up every order of one format. It opens on the last 14 days and has the same tabs as an order's statistics. Use Export CSV to take the numbers into a spreadsheet.
Metrics
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Traffic bought | Impressions you bought |
| Winrate | How often you win the auction for the impressions your order bids on. A low winrate usually means your bid is below the competition |
| Unique | Roughly how many different visitors were in the traffic you bought, counting the same IP address and browser as one visitor. Unique (%) is that number ÷ traffic bought |
| Desktop / Mobile | The share of traffic from each device type |
| Spent | What you paid |
| Avg. CPM | Average price per 1,000 impressions |
| Conv. | Conversions |
| Cost/Conv. | Spend ÷ conversions |
| Conv. Rate | Conversions ÷ impressions × 100 |
| Revenue | The conversion value your trackers reported |
| ROI | Return on spend. N/A until there is at least one conversion |
