One TrafficOX account covers buying traffic, selling it and the referral program. You don't choose a role when you sign up.
Sign up
- Open app.trafficox.com/sign-up.
- Fill in Username, E-mail, Password and Password confirmation.
- Choose a Messenger — Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord — and enter your Messenger ID, so your account manager can reach you.
- If you have a promo code, enter it in Promocode.
- Tick I confirm Terms and Conditions and submit the form.
Your password must be 8 to 128 characters long, contain an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and a digit, and must not be the same as your email.
Confirm your email
We send a confirmation link to the address you signed up with. Click it to activate your account — you can log in right after.
Note: If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then use the send it again link on the confirmation screen.
Complete your profile
Open User profile from the account menu and fill in your details. Choose Personal Account or Company Account — a company account also asks for the company name, registration number, VAT number and address.
Until your profile is complete you can't top up your balance or withdraw money. The profile page shows a warning while required fields are missing.
Switch between buying and selling
The mode switch at the top of the sidebar — Advertiser, Publisher or Pro — only changes which menu items you see. Pro shows everything. Your balance and orders are the same in every mode.
Secure your account
Turn on two-factor authentication in Account settings:
- Under Two-factor authentication, start the setup.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm.
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe. You can use one instead of a code if you lose your phone.
Account settings is also where you change your email or password. Both changes ask for your current password.
Get alerts in Telegram
In User profile → Telegram Notifications, click + Add Telegram Account and confirm the link in our bot. You can then turn on alerts for:

Every account has a personal account manager. Open Support in the platform to see their email and Telegram. For anything else, write to support@trafficox.com.
