Complete your profile. Top-ups are blocked until it is.
Payment methods
Open Balance top up in the platform. You'll see the methods available to you:

Pay online
- Choose Capitalist, Paxum or Credit / Debit card.
- Enter the amount — at least $100.
- Confirm. You are sent to the payment provider to finish the payment.
The money is credited when the provider confirms the payment, and the top-up appears under Recent top ups. Download the invoice for any top-up from the same table.
VAT
VAT at 24% is added on top of the amount if you are:
- a private person in the EU,
- a company in the EU without a VAT number, or
- a company registered in Estonia.
The page shows the total you'll be charged before you pay.
Promo codes
Enter a promo code on the top-up page. Fixed bonuses are added to your balance straight away; percentage codes apply to your first top-up.
What your first top-up unlocks
Until your first top-up, new buy orders wait in pending and don't buy traffic. Once the first top-up is credited, buying is enabled for your account and your pending orders start.
When your balance runs out
Your buy orders keep their active status, but they stop receiving traffic until you top up again. Nothing needs to be restarted — delivery resumes once there is money on the balance.
We email you as your balance falls (at $50, $30 and when it is nearly empty) while you have running orders. For alerts at your own threshold, set up Telegram notifications.
